A remarkable sampler for an 8 year old, depicting at the top a country house with cottage and church. A shepherdess is Sean attending her flock.
At the bottom a wonderful image of Jacobs well with pictures of Summer & winter in the bottom corners. in addition another vinyette of cottages with mountains in the background and a large Cat. on the other side a large Stag.
Retaining its original frame measuring 59 x 58 cm.
Condition some water marks and slight colour run. |
