PARTRIDGE GAME DISH, c.1840

£98

  PARTRIDGE GAME DISH, c.1840 £98
I have often thought game dishes were universally English, usually produced in caneware in imitation of the pastry, so quite suppressed to see a saltglaze version.
Partridge on to with Boar hunt around the sides implying usage of both fowl & beast.

Condition birds beak glued.
