A delightful late 19th century spongeware Belleek Porringer, a small bowl with handle. Generally used for mixed eating a stew / soup.
This came from Ireland where although a lot of Irish Spngeware was in fact made in Scotland this is probably an Irish piece produced by the firm of Belleek, later famed for its fine porcelain.
Small joined crack in rim near handle.
