Offered is a very nice French illuminated choir page on parchment . Wonderful colors and details on both sides.
Believed to be a monastic pieces dating to the 15th to early 16th centuries. Once part of a large / oversized book so several monks cold read from the same page at once during service .
Full page measures 45 x 57 cm
Condition great, a couple of historical repairs to vellum, probably when in use
