A very rare early 19th century Commemorative creamware jug. On one side a good deep black portrait of THE DUKE OF WELLINGTON K.B. & c. A reference to Waterloo. on the other a rare print Commemorating the 50th Jubilee of George III, with a print showing "LET THE PRISONERS GO FREE GIVE GOD PRAISE JUBILEE 25th Oct 1802. The front commemorating the Marriage of PETER and Jane UNSWORTH and the date 1815.
Probably Liverpool. circa 1815.
Condition very good some minor chips to foot rim only .
Very large size 10 inches 25.5 cm tall
